Meat lover or vegetarian, I bet you’ve never had a Koopa for dinner. They are pixelated illustrations of video game characters’ meat pieces, and it is all a part of the artist
Buffum’s little project gives both weird and sweet feelings, because you have to admit that some of the figures look cute, but it is awful how they are chopped up like that, and like that wasn’t enough, the illustrations are also giving you suggestions to what dishes you can make out of the meat parts.
Buffum says himself that he has always been obsessed with meat diagrams, and that is probably why he also decided to do something like this. Either way don’t miss the exhibition if you’re a video game lover.
