/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/Skelewags1.jpg"> I think I’ve never seen funnier and cuter street art. The amazingly creative artist sees concrete walls and pavements in other ways than we do. He sees them as backgrounds for his comic little figures that he calls Skelewags.
They remind a lot of Dia De Los Muertos-looking characters, or the ones that are used in a lot of the music band Gorillaz’s videos. As you see the little Skelewags get into all kinds of trouble out in the streets, and they are so fascinating that from now on you are probably looking at the boring pavement in another way.
I wish I had Vermaaks creative drawing skills so I could myself make fun art in my backyard. Others have also used concrete walls as background for their art, like the /angel-wings-all-over-auckland/"> angel wings for a good cause in Auckland City .
